User Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the mobile application "Currenzy" ("App").

1. General Terms

By installing and using the App, the user confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Use of the App

The user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal purposes. The following actions are prohibited:

• Modifying, decompiling, or distributing the App;
• Using the App for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws;
• Copying, saving, or using data from the App for commercial purposes without the developer's consent.

3. Limitation of Liability

The developer does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the information presented in the App, including currency rates. The user uses the App at their own risk. The developer is not responsible for any possible losses.

4. Advertising

The App may display advertisements. The developer is not responsible for the content of ads or the actions of advertisers.

5. Updates

The developer reserves the right to modify the features and interface of the App and release updates without prior notice.

6. Final Provisions

This Agreement may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the App after changes means the user agrees to the new terms.
